The use of Buancrafts.com is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

BUAN offers a lifetime warrantee against possible defects in craftsmanship of all products under normal use and proper maintenance for the life of our leather handmade goods. Repairs to BUAN goods are free of charge, with the exception of a €5 charge (for items purchased more than one year prior) to cover the cost of returning the item to the customer. Cost of postage to the BUAN workshop is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that leather colours and finishes used in our products will change from time to time as will styles and branding/logos.

We want you to have the peace of mind that our products will stand the test of time. However the test of time does not include using our belts as wrenches or climbing harnesses, or taking your beautiful bags scuba diving. Caring for your belongings helps to extend their life. Treat it like junk and it will look like, and eventually turn into junk.

Lifetime limited warranty shall be void if the product is re-sold or traded to another owner.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Buancrafts.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Buancrafts.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Return Of The Goods

The buyer is responsible for notifying Buan within 14 days of receiving goods should they wish to exchange the product or return the purchase for store credit or refund. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of goods to BUAN.

All sales are final if a product is customised or personalised for the customer.

If there is any type of production defect, I will absolutely replace the item with valid proof of defect.

Delivery

Many products are made to order, and prioritized in the order they are received. Please allow up to 14 working days for the production of goods. Items which are in stock will be shipped within 2 working days. BUAN operates out of a small workshop by a single craftsman who is passionate about each and every product. There are never any shortcuts taken to speed up production times.

BUAN works to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 5 business days of the order being placed and take 7-8 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays and even personal circumstances can all delay the shipment of your order.

The delivery times provided by Buancrafts.com are estimates only. Buancrafts.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Buancrafts.com cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Liability

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Product Disclaimer Reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic processes allow, however please note that product colours in-store may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer monitor and may vary from monitor to monitor. Although listed on the website, some items, sizes, colours and styles might not be immediately available or temporarily or permanently out of stock. We aim to ensure that our website is accurate, however, sometimes errors occur, for which we apologise.
